oLi.college provides access to course materials, and cannot guarantee that students who access these materials will pass their exams.
oLi.college cannot be held responsible for any potential or actual losses incurred by any student or parent if said content has been changed by the institution who define said curricula, and said content has not yet been updated by oLi.college.

Any and all fees paid to oLi.college are non-refundable!
oLi.college is not responsible for Cambridge or other examination-body registrations. The responsibility for external exam registrations lies with students and their parents or guardians.
oLi.college will not sell, nor provide access to any personal information stored on oLi.college. Examples of this data include, but is not limited to, users names and email addresses; students marks, assessments and feedback. oLi.college does not store any user’s financial data, for example credit card details.
Where parents request to be linked to specific students in order to assist and monitor student’s progress, students are required to approve said requests.
Schools or institutions who request access to manage their own student body are required to sign a comprehensive agreement with oLi.college prior to being granted access to manage students for their own account. Schools will be expected to provide their own teachers who will manage or assess their student body.
Teachers and course-content providers are required to be vetted to ensure high standards are maintained by oLi.college. All monetised course content is subject to final acceptance and approval by the Directors of oLi.college.
